us a device we do not accept, we will be unable to pay you for the device, and in some cases may
not be able to return it.

Your profile contains your device's current status. We provide Royal Mail tracking information which you can access
after you send your free postage bag back to us.
We'll keep you up-to-date every step of the way via e-mail and text.
We also photograph every device in the exact condition it arrives before carrying out any tests. You can view these photos at any
time from your account.
If we receive your device within the price guarantee period, we will evaluate your device's details and condition and check it
against the details you provided during the order process. If there are no discrepancies you will be paid the offered price.
If there are differences, we may dispute the unit and revise the price downwards. You will be given an opportunity to respond.
Note that if you do not send us your device within the price guarantee period, we may also revise the price downward to reflect
market activity.
Please also note that you are responsible for any data on the device. We strongly advise that you delete all data from your device
before sending it to us.
In the event that we receive your device and it does not, according to our evaluation process, meet the description provided by you
during the order process, we may dispute the price and revise the price offer.
In the event of any dispute you will be offered the opportunity to either accept our offer or have your device returned for free.
In some cases, you may request a re-evaluation of your phone. Note that you must respond to the dispute within the five
working day period, or we will assume you have accepted our revised offer.
Please be aware that our evaluation process may involve opening up the device to test different components and assess the device's condition. If you choose to have the device returned,
we will make every effort to return it to you in the condition it arrived. However we are not responsible nor liable for any accidental damage that may have occurred during
the evaluation process.
If your phone arrives and meets the description provided by you during the order process, we will pay you immediately.
Phones are disputed if a mismatch occurs during our evaluation process. This may be, for example, that the model of the phone we received was different to the one
you provided. In this case, you will be given a revised price and an opportunity to either accept our offer or have your device returned for free.
When you put your order through, please take note of our simple criteria. While we aim to be generous is assessing your device note that in particular, we do not accept phones that are beyond repair, iCloud locked, Google/Samsung locked or
have been subject to previous repair attempts.
Additionally, we will reject devices if we notice there have been attempts to install custom or third party operating system software. We do not, for example,
accept Samsung devices where the hardware KNOX Counter has been triggered.
Please be aware that our evaluation process may involve opening up the device to test different components and assess the device's condition. If we reject your device,
we will make every effort to return it to you in the condition it arrived. However we are not responsible nor liable for any accidental damage that may have occurred during the evaluation process.
Once we have received the device and paid you an accepted price for it, we will not be able to return the device.

In order to sell us a device, you must be the rightful owner or have obtained the consent of the rightful owner.
Please note that each device we receive is subject to a police security check to ensure it has not been registered as lost or stolen.
If your device fails the check, we are required to hold it for 28 days, and will be unable to pay you for the device nor return it.
If the device is not claimed, or removed from the stolen phone database, we are required to dispose of it.
When you place an order with us you provide your bank account number and sort code for us to credit to your account.
After you send us your device, and if the device arrives in the condition specified (as outlined in terms and conditions above), we will
process the payment for your device.
Devices which arrive with us before midday (12:00 pm) and do not encounter any problems will be processed that day (same day payment).
Devices which arrive after midday, are disputed or in rare cases take longer than reasonably expected to evaluate will be processed
the next working day.
Please note that it may take 24 hours for the payment to arrive in your account after it is processed.
